During my recent stay, I encountered both strengths and weaknesses at the Lansdowne Hotel. The hotel's traditional charm is complemented by modern amenities, which certainly adds to its appeal. While I found the bed linen clean and the bathrooms equipped with standard soap and shampoo, the room furnishings were somewhat dated, detracting from the overall experience. The staff were genuinely friendly and committed to ensuring a comfortable stay. During my visit, the television remote was malfunctioning, which led to minor frustration. The presence of coffee and tea makers in the room provided a welcome touch. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The Lansdowne Hotel has potential, but improvements are necessary to meet the expectations of discerning travelers.
